Dick’s leadership journey is diverse, beginning with 34 years with Youth for Christ, including President of YFC USA and Asia Pacific Regional Director for YFC International. Prior to his current role with Crown, Dick served as a Vice President of EQUIP in charge of the Emerging Leaders Division having the oversight for EQUIP’s global mentoring initiatives. Before joining EQUIP, he was the Founder and President of Emerging
Young Leaders—a global ministry designed to develop the world’s emerging young leaders and train and resource adult mentors. During his years as a YFC Regional Director, Dick was the founding pastor of a church-planting project in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. The Kentwood Community Church has developed into a congregation of over 3,000 people.

Dick has leveraged this diverse, practical and international experience for the benefit of others, developing a widely respected consulting ministry.
